You can create leads and contacts from your inbox and calendar. You can also use your SF email templates to streamline your responses. Additionally, this integration can be used from both the Gmail browser application and the Salesforce Mobile app. The latter will allow you to call your contacts directly from your cell phone.<\/p><p>To get this integration you can follow these steps:<\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Enter the Chrome web store, search and install the Salesforce Lightning for Gmail extension. To check if the extension has been added. Enter the Chrome Extensions option or your current browser and search for \u00abSalesforce Lightning for Gmail\u00bb.<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">.If you are an administrator you will need to login to Salesforce and go to Settings, type the option \u00abemail to Salesforce\u00bb in the quick search. From this option you will also be able to update records and see your notifications.
